Prysmian Cables & Systems was contracted, in consortium with Siemens Transmission & Distribution Ltd, to design, supply and install approximately 75 km of 33 kV submarine array cables and 55 km of 132 kV export cables for the 300 MW Thanet offshore wind farm, under a contract valued at about EUR 87 million in total of which Prysmian’s share was around EUR 36 million.
