Construction of the Thanet offshore transmission assets, including installation of the export and onshore cables and associated substations built by Thanet Offshore Wind Ltd, was completed in April 2010. These completed transmission assets were later transferred to and operated by Thanet OFTO under its offshore transmission licence.
