Accura

Accura acted as lead project counsel to TetraSpar Demonstrator ApS for the TetraSpar Demonstrator floating wind project. Accura’s scope covered legal support across the project lifecycle, including contract negotiations and finalisation of project agreements, as well as legal support related to the installation and commissioning activities. Accura also advised the client in relation to the project’s decommissioning phase and the decommissioning agreement for the demonstrator.
