Tahkoluoto Offshore Oy, the City of Pori and the Port of Pori signed a letter of intent for the Pori Offshore Wind Centre to develop the port and Mäntyluoto area so that infrastructure and logistics can support the Tahkoluoto offshore wind farm expansion project. The LOI creates a two‑year window for necessary port investments to enable pre‑installation and logistics for the 40‑turbine Extension.
