Vattenfall has indicated that it plans to take a final investment decision on the Swedish Kriegers Flak offshore wind farm in 2025, following the May 2022 government building permit and subject to securing all remaining permits and grid connection arrangements. The planned FID would enable the approximately 640 MW project, located about 30 km south of Trelleborg, to move from development into construction, with earlier timelines targeting commissioning around 2028 if conditions allow.
