Integrated energy services provider Kent was awarded a contract by Spiorad na Mara Limited to carry out a pre-front end engineering design (Pre-FEED) assessment for the Spiorad na Mara offshore wind farm off the Isle of Lewis, covering wind turbine generator foundation concept selection and sizing to support later design and development stages of the ~900MW fixed-bottom project in 35–65m water depths.
