On 21 December 2018, Ørsted Wind Power A/S Vind AB submitted an application for an investigation permit (undersökningstillstånd) to survey the continental shelf in preparation for a potential future laying of the export cable to the Skåne Offshore Wind Farm (Skåne havsvindpark). The application concerns offshore investigations specifically linked to the planned export cable route for the project’s grid connection to southern Sweden.
