On 1 December 2025, Nadara reached an agreement with BlueFloat Energy to acquire BlueFloat’s 50% stake in the Sinclair floating offshore wind project, part of Crown Estate Scotland’s INTOG leasing round. The transaction, which also covered the Scaraben site and the larger Bellrock and Broadshore projects, gives Nadara full ownership of the 99.5 MW Sinclair project and consolidates control of this Scottish floating wind portfolio under a single developer.
