Description
EMU Limited performed a pre-construction UXO survey for the Sheringham Shoal Offshore Wind Farm covering the wind farm site and cable corridor (around 44 square kilometres). The survey used the vessel RV Discovery with soft-towed magnetometers and side scan sonar to detect targets; identified targets were then investigated by divers and ROV, and a WWII bomb was reported as having been safely detonated.
