On 12 December 2017, The Renewables Infrastructure Group Limited (TRIG) completed an investment to acquire a 14.7% indirect equity interest in the 316.8 MW Sheringham Shoal Offshore Wind Farm through a new joint venture holding company alongside funds managed by Equitix Limited, for a consideration of approximately GBP 80 million including transaction costs.
