By 23 March 2012, Visser & Smit had completed laying 56 km of inter-array cables at the Sheringham Shoal Offshore Wind Farm using the vessel Team Oman, following an 18‑month offshore campaign. The cables were in place between turbines, with subsequent trenching and burial planned to protect them from fishing gear, anchors and other seabed hazards.
