By October 2010, Scira had engaged Visser & Smit Marine Contracting to manage preparation of the export cable route and installation of the two Sheringham Shoal export cables, using vessels including Atlantic Guardian to clear the route and Team Oman to lay the cables from shore towards the wind farm site.
