Description
Voar, a Shetland-based consultancy, carried out a local capabilities study commissioned by ESB for the Stoura (formerly Sealtainn) Offshore Wind project. ESB stated the report would be used as an input to selecting a suitable floating platform and to developing the project’s transport and installation and operations and maintenance strategies, to ensure compatibility with existing and planned Shetland capabilities.
