Specialist Marine Consultants

Specialist Marine Consultants (SMC) was awarded a contract by Seagreen Wind Energy Limited to provide holistic balance-of-plant (BoP) services supporting multiple activities during the construction phase of the Seagreen offshore wind farm. The BoP scope included provision of multi-scope resources and a range of inspection, maintenance and repair services. The award followed a turnkey Marine Coordination contract SMC had previously received (April 2021) to support Seagreen’s construction and commissioning operations from the project’s Marine Coordination Centre located at the Port of Montrose.
