EDS HV Group, part of James Fisher Renewables, acted as a specialist high-voltage contractor to Seagreen Phase 1 OFTO Project Limited. As listed contractor on the OFTO’s project website, EDS HV supports the safe operation and lifecycle management of the Seagreen Phase 1 offshore transmission assets, including the offshore HVAC substation, onshore substation and associated 220 kV export cable system. Drawing on its engineering and consulting capabilities for offshore wind, EDS HV provides high-voltage operations, maintenance support and advisory services aimed at maximising availability and prolonging asset life over the OFTO’s 24‑year licence period.
