Pre-construction marine environmental surveys were carried out for the Seagreen offshore transmission asset (OTA) export cable route to identify areas of Annex I habitat. The survey results, which were shared with fisheries representatives, were then used during cable installation to ensure these sensitive habitat areas were avoided.
