Ofgem indicated in the EPQ Shortlist Notice that the shortlisted bidders for the Seagreen Phase 1 OFTO would proceed to a final Invitation to Tender (ITT) stage, planned to commence in late 2022. This scheduled ITT phase was the next regulatory step in selecting the preferred Offshore Transmission Owner for the Seagreen Phase 1 transmission link under Tender Round 9.
