On 21 December 2023, TotalEnergies farmed down a 25.5% stake in the Seagreen offshore wind farm to PTTEP, bringing PTTEP into the Seagreen joint venture; following this transaction the project, including the planned Seagreen 1A phase with 36 additional turbines, is held by SSE Renewables (49%), TotalEnergies (25.5%) and PTTEP (25.5%).
