Description
VBMS acted as the main contractor for Sandbank’s inner-park (inter-array) cabling. Its scope covered installation and post-lay burial of the inter-array cable system within the wind farm, including cable connection and testing activities as part of the inter-array cabling campaign. Sources report that approximately 96 km of inter-array cables were to be installed within the wind farm and that VBMS completed installation and post-lay burial of 76 inter-array cables during the 2016 offshore campaign.
