On 19 August 2022, DanTysk Sandbank Offshore Wind GmbH & Co. KG issued a call for tenders for a framework agreement covering seabed surveys for the DanTysk and Sandbank offshore wind farms in the German North Sea. The agreement encompasses scheduled and ad‑hoc surveys to support safe emplacement of jack‑up rigs for maintenance and to meet permitting and regulatory requirements related to cable burial and monitoring. The scope may include bathymetric surveys using multibeam echo sounders (MBES), side-scan sonar (SSS) and other survey methods. The framework has an initial three-year duration with options for two additional one‑year extensions, and applications were invited by 16 September 2022.
