Description
Ocergy won the pre-FEED floating wind foundation design contract for the Salamander 100 MW floating offshore wind project off northeast Scotland. Ocergy’s OCG-Wind semi-submersible floating foundation technology was selected to be evaluated and progressed through the pre-FEED phase for potential deployment at Salamander, following an earlier MoU and feasibility work assessing technical performance, fabrication/assembly approach, installation and operations considerations, and site compatibility.
