For the 225 kV grid connection of the Saint-Brieuc offshore wind farm, RTE reported that a statutory public inquiry (enquête publique) on the marine and onshore cable route was carried out in 2016. The inquiry received a favourable opinion from the commission of inquiry, providing the consultation basis needed to move towards planning approval for the double submarine and underground connection to the Doberie substation.
