Pierattelli Architetture was awarded by Terna the contract for the architectural design of the new electrical substation at Suvereto (Livorno) for the Sa.Co.I.3 interconnection project, following a design contest organised by the municipal authority of Suvereto. The scope covered the architectural concept to create a sustainable structure that blends into the landscape, including design features such as terracotta cladding and surrounding native planting, and the broader redevelopment and harmonisation of the area around the Suvereto substation.
