Pellegrini

Pellegrini was engaged by Hitachi Energy as a civil and installation partner on the Sa.Co.I.3 HVDC interconnection between Sardinia, Corsica and mainland Italy. Working alongside Hitachi Energy, Pellegrini will execute major civil works and onshore construction activities associated with the new HVDC converter stations, including building structures, foundations and balance-of-plant works required for installation of the HVDC Light equipment. Its role forms part of the overall EPC delivery of the multi-terminal converter system that will replace the existing SACOI link and increase transfer capacity to 400 MW.
