As defined in the coordinated decision by ARERA and CRE, at SACOI 3’s commissioning (forecast for 2029) EDF will make a second lump-sum settlement payment to Terna within the following year to reconcile its agreed share of Terna’s legitimate recorded capital expenditures with its previous payments, with any overpayment subsequently offset by reducing the ongoing CAPEX fee.
