On 3 August 2017, the UK Supreme Court ruled in favour of E.ON Climate and Renewables in the Robin Rigg offshore wind farm dispute, holding contractor MT Højgaard liable for approximately EUR 26.25 million of remedial costs after foundation structures at Robin Rigg were found to be defective and not capable of providing the contractually required 20-year service life.
