Work on the Robin Rigg Transmission Assets began in July 2007, marking the start of construction activities for the export connection linking the Robin Rigg East and West offshore wind farms in the Solway Firth to the 132 kV distribution network at Electricity North West’s Seaton substation in Cumbria.
