Description
Seaway Heavy Lifting Contracting Ltd (SHL) was awarded the foundation installation contract for Offshore Windpark Riffgat by Offshore-Windpark RIFFGAT GmbH & Co. The scope covered offshore installation of the turbine foundation structures during summer 2012 using one of SHL’s self-propelled mono-hull crane vessels, including installation of monopiles and their transition pieces for the 30-turbine wind farm located around 15 km northwest of Borkum in German waters.
