In February 2013 RWE sold a further 24.95% equity stake in the 90 MW Rhyl Flats offshore wind farm to Greencoat UK Wind plc, so that alongside the UK Green Investment Bank’s 24.95% stake RWE retained a 50.1% majority interest in the project.
