E.ON Climate & Renewables UK Rampion Offshore Wind Ltd submitted the Environmental Statement (ES) for the Rampion Offshore Wind Farm in the English Channel as required under the Infrastructure Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2009, supporting its application for a Development Consent Order (DCO) under the Planning Act 2008. The ES, prepared as part of the EIA process for this Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project, was lodged with the Secretary of State in December 2012.
