Description
Geotechnical Engineering Ltd was appointed as Principal Contractor to undertake Rampion 2 onshore ground and site investigation surveys. The works included geophysical surveys, rotary coring boreholes (reported as 12 boreholes to depths up to 30 m), and machine-excavated trial pits for sampling and installation of monitoring equipment, with thermal resistivity data collection to support buried cable design inputs.
