Stake Transaction

DONG Energy entered into an agreement to sell a 50% ownership stake in the 573 MW Race Bank offshore wind farm project to Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund 5 and Macquarie Capital, with the parties also agreeing a framework for sharing construction risk and for Macquarie to fund 50% of project CAPEX including transmission assets, for total transaction proceeds of approximately GBP 1.6 billion payable through to project completion expected in 2018.
