Description
DONG Energy, as developer and builder of the Race Bank transmission assets, committed to provide emergency response services for the export cables associated with the Race Bank OFTO. As set out in the OFTO tender presentation, DONG Energy would maintain appropriate interim maintenance arrangements until asset transfer and offer an emergency response service for the export cables, leveraging its in-house expertise, resources and operational experience. DONG Energy also indicated a willingness to discuss provision of certain routine O&M services to the eventual OFTO licensee, although its primary focus was on emergency cable response capability.
