As required by the Race Bank marine licence, the developer conducted a statutory consultation on the Export Cable Installation Plan with statutory stakeholders, including Natural England, the Environment Agency and local ports. This consultation process was completed to the satisfaction of these stakeholders, and their requirements informed the approach to intertidal and offshore cable installation under the licence conditions.
