On 12 March 2015, DONG Energy signed an agreement with Jan De Nul Group for the installation, including laying and burial, of the subsea export cables and the interlink cable between the two offshore platforms for the Race Bank offshore wind project, forming the core subsea transmission links of the Race Bank OFTO. The contract covers approximately 148km of subsea cable from landfall to the two offshore platforms and was formally signed at DONG Energy’s stand at EWEA Offshore 2015.
