Throughout 2021 and 2022, Highland Wind Limited carried out an extensive public consultation process for the Pentland Floating Offshore Wind Farm, engaging local communities, councils and authorities to inform the project design. Feedback from these consultations was used to refine both offshore and onshore proposals ahead of submitting consent applications.
