On 19 January 2023, Outer Dowsing Offshore Wind entered into an Agreement for Lease with The Crown Estate, formally securing an option to lease the seabed for its 1.5 GW offshore wind project located 54 km off the Lincolnshire coast. The agreement grants the project long‑term seabed rights, enabling it to proceed towards Development Consent Order application and subsequent construction.
