Offshore Design Engineering Ltd (ODE) was awarded an Owner’s Engineer contract by Outer Dowsing Offshore Wind to provide pre-FEED support for the 1.5 GW Outer Dowsing offshore wind farm in the Southern North Sea, covering concept development and selection for wind turbine foundations, onshore and offshore substations, and inter-array cables and supporting the definition of the project’s Employer’s Requirements.
