TotalEnergies plans to take the final investment decision (FID) for its 1 GW OstSee Energies (OSE) offshore wind project on German Baltic Sea concession O-2.2 in 2028, following ongoing environmental surveys, geophysical and geotechnical campaigns, and technical studies. This FID will underpin the project’s move into construction, with first electricity generation targeted for 2031.
