Fugro

Fugro was awarded a contract by the consortium behind the Ossian floating offshore wind farm (SSE Renewables, Marubeni Corporation and Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners) to carry out geotechnical investigations during the development phase. Fugro’s scope covered downhole geotechnical sampling and in situ cone penetration testing (CPT). Fugro planned to use its purpose-built geotechnical drilling vessel Fugro Scout to execute the work offshore.
