Onshore civil works (substation, cable trenches and landfall) for the 132 kV HVAC Oseberg power-from-shore cable system between Kollsnes and the Oseberg Field Centre.
Skanska Norge AS was contracted by Equinor to build the onshore infrastructure at Kollsnes for the Oseberg power-from-shore project. The scope covers construction of a new substation building, excavation and formation of cable trenches, and the landfall facilities where the 132 kV export cable from Oseberg comes ashore and is routed into the grid connection. The work is executed in cooperation with the Troll West electrification project and forms the onshore civil and structural backbone for bringing shore power to the Oseberg Field Centre and Oseberg South platform during the construction phase.
