Description

On 1 December 2022, Norway’s Ministry of Petroleum and Energy approved the amended development and operation plan for the Oseberg field, allowing Equinor and its partners to proceed with infrastructure upgrades including installation of two new compressors and partial electrification of the Oseberg Field Centre and Oseberg South platform via a subsea power-from-shore cable.
