RPS supported the Ormonde Offshore Wind Farm for Vattenfall, acting as lead EIA consultant during the planning and development phase and providing environmental and consents support across pre-construction, construction, and post-construction/operational phases. Services described included EIA management from scoping through Environmental Statement submission and award of consent, discharge of pre-construction conditions, preparation of environmental/consents management plans, acting as Environmental Liaison Officer during construction, and coordinating environmental monitoring surveys and reporting. RPS continued to provide environment and consents support during O&M, including marine licensing support and review of contractor method statements.
