On 8 January 2007, the Ormonde Offshore Wind Farm obtained a Coast Protection Act 1949 Section 34 consent, Consent Number 32987/07/0 CON, authorising the offshore structures and works from a navigational safety perspective as part of the project’s suite of marine consents.
