Description
Bifab received a letter of intent from Vattenfall for the supply of the offshore substation platform (OSP) for the Ormonde Offshore Transmission Assets. Under this contract, Bifab was to fabricate and deliver the single offshore substation structure that houses the electrical equipment for the Ormonde OFTO, forming the physical platform installed within the wind farm area to aggregate turbine output and interface with the 132 kV export cable.
