Transmission Capital Partners, the Offshore Transmission Operator for the Ormonde transmission link, contracted Global Marine Systems Energy Ltd under a long-term cable maintenance agreement to provide subsea power cable repair, maintenance, and related engineering services for the Ormonde OFTO assets. The framework covers repairs, surveys, and re-burial activities, designates Global Marine as preferred subsea cable repair contractor with a 24/7 call-out facility, establishes agreed incident-response procedures, and includes creation and management of a site-specific cable system database for the transmission link.
