On 13 September 2013, a post-construction survey of the Ormonde offshore wind farm infrastructure, including the export cable route and route position list (RPL), offshore substation, inter-array cables and turbine locations, was reported. Commissioned by Vattenfall, the survey by EGS used a detailed line plan based on the provided infrastructure and export cable RPL to acquire bathymetric and side-scan sonar data, producing turbine-area charts, export cable alignment and difference plots (comparing 2013 data with a 2008 survey), and an overall bathymetric and seabed-features overview of the site and export cable route. These works served as an operational integrity and condition survey of the Ormonde transmission assets and associated seabed.
