Description
JD-Contractor A/S carried out an emergency repair campaign on a 400 kV Øresund subsea cable between Denmark and Sweden after Energinet took a cable out of service due to an oil leak. Mobilised assets included the diving vessels Cable One and Honte, the cable repair barge Henry P Lading and supporting tugs (Bauge, Naja and Lillebjørn) for fault localisation, cable recovery, repair, testing and subsequent re-embedding before returning the cable to operation.
