On 3 October 2022, Svenska kraftnät announced that it was inviting stakeholders to a statutory consultation (samråd enligt 6 kap. miljöbalken) for the renewal of the northern 400 kV cable connection between Grå Läge in Helsingborg, Skåne, and Själland in Denmark, giving property owners, authorities, municipalities, the county administrative board, interest organisations, and the general public the opportunity to submit comments on the project.
