Hellenic Cables acted as the cable supplier for the Øresund 132 kV interconnection between Denmark and Sweden, completed in 2017. The company provided high‑voltage submarine and land power cables for this cross‑border AC link across the Øresund Strait, enabling a new 132 kV interconnector that strengthened security of supply between Zealand and southern Sweden.
